EU Fulfillment News

Epic Spell Wars fans,
A quick update on fulfillment if you’re in the EU. As we mentioned last week, some of the XTREME Nacho Power Trophies were damaged, delaying orders for many backers who had pledged for the trophy. We are still awaiting details on how many trophies were damaged and how many undamaged in the affected pallet, so we can figure out how many to send from our supply in the office.
However, we don’t want to delay your games anymore. So, we have decided that for orders affected by this problem, we will do the following: Ship everything BUT the trophy now, and then send a second shipment with the trophy when available. This will result in additional costs for us, but we didn’t want you to have to wait more than you already have. Those orders should start going out in the next few days. Thanks for your patience!
